Mr. Britton has 20+ years of experience in the financial services industry and is founder and CIO of Reflection Asset Management, an SEC registered investment advisory firm specializing in thematic investing across asset classes. Mr. Britton currently has five patents/trademarks for his work in thematic investing and is an adjunct professor of thematic investing at the College of Charleston School of Business.
Prior to Reflection, Mr. Britton served as the Senior Managing Director and Head Portfolio Manager for the US Trust/Bank of America Innovation suite of products. Additionally, Mr. Britton has served as a lecturer at Harvard University, Yale University, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He holds an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
Howard W. Buffett is a professor at Columbia University, an author, and an advisor on corporate sustainability practices. Previously, he oversaw economic development and stabilization programs in Afghanistan and Iraq for the U.S. Department of Defense and was a policy advisor for the White House Domestic Policy Council.
Buffett also held roles at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the United Nations Office for Partnerships. He holds a BS from Northwestern University, an MPA from Columbia University, and executive education certificates from Harvard Business School.
Henry has over 30 years of experience building and leading corporate teams. He has successfully served as CEO, Board Member, Venture Capitalist, Angel Investor, Founder, Operator, and Consultant to numerous companies. Henry has served on numerous Boards in the technology sector.
As a CEO, he has led 4 companies (2x as interim CEO), built and executed growth plans for 50+ companies succeeding at all in a range of industries, varying complexities within swift timelines. Henry has driven two companies under his watch to successful exits and advised additional teams through exits.

Reflection Analytics and the Reflect platform originated with our Founder at the Yale School of Management. It was conceived as a tool to help asset owners discover if the investments they owned aligned with their values.
Created at YaleSOM while studying the work of Noble Laureate Robert Schiller, the Reflect methodology was designed to apply a rigorous scoring framework across investments to determine if there was alignment between an asset owner's values and the policies, practices, and operations of the securities owned.
Deployed and honed over the next decade at three global financial institutions, the Reflect methodology has been used to create dozens of investment products totaling over $10 billion in assets under advisement.
Reflection Analytics is developed with the help and support of three former technology executives, one from Apple who helped launch iTunes, one from Microsoft who helped commercialize PowerPoint, and one from Capital One who did large scale project management and integrations.
After three years of building and testing, the Reflect Platform was officially launched in December of 2023.
Dr. Brooks was a professor of our managing partner at Yale and has been a source of inspiration and coaching for many years. Her work on leadership and emotional intelligence, as well as writings on diversity and inclusion, have deeply influenced the human capital analysis component of Reflective Investing.
